nope it looks just fine. 250 is really hard for me to understand because i only see big guys pressing 100+ kg (220 lbs i think?)
and i dont agree with that, i've seen guys with the smallest arms pressing 150 .. it's really a chest exercise, maybe a bit focused on the triceps ( which mine are good, it's my biceps that are weaker )
I don't even know why we are arguing rofl, especially why you would take my own photos from facebook and post them here..
also: chest width is probably because of my strong lats.

There's nothing gay about mirin about someone's aesthetics. What it does is it motivates people to train harder to have more of an aesthetic body. I also can't seem to figure why this thread would be classified as 'gay.'
