Do any of you guys go to the gym often? Would be fun to talk about it here.
If you do what are your stats etc?

For example my current stats:
178cm
68kg ( yes rly low but working on it, gained 12 kg in a year )
bf: 8%

Strength stats:
Bench press: 75x4
Barbell Squat: 100x5
Deadlift: 120x5

What motivation do you use when working out or for other stuff?

These videos motivate me alot:






If nobody here goes to the gym or anything what sports do you guys do? Do you use any supplements for it and what keeps you going etc

i used to go to gym when i didnt have football trainings for a while, but i cant be doing both at same time so i stick to football when we have trainings. didnt take any supplements or anything

What motivates me? Just to become stronger and look better Very Happy I am playing basketball with men and I really lack strength. Also I want to look good near my gf Very Happy

im 185 and im 74 kg dont work out anymore last time worked out was like month ago

All I do is play basketball (I guess about 1-2 hours a day) but since I've got my knee injury I haven't been able to do anything =\ One simple jump hurts really bad already, all I can do for now is just some very light and boring training. Meh, I want to exercise again, not doing anything really makes me depressed. 6 more months and I'll be able to return to my team again though! And just like invi, I lack strength too, I play versus teams with players of approximately 21 years old, while I'm still 16 so keeping up is kinda hard xd.

And I'm 190cm 81kg. Half year ago was only 73kg. So ye gym helped me a lot. I also drink protein and use BCAA vitamins.

I've been slacking so much this winter. New years resolution, train hard and keep the diet clean, meaning no more alcohol for a few weeks - months.

BCAA vitamins are to restore your energy faster. Why I need this? Because there are times when I have 2 basketball matches in a day.

Protein? It has all the needs that my diet menu lacks. It is really hard to eat everyday exact calories that your body or organism needs. And since I want to strengthen my body I need more weight and I can't get it except by drinking protein.

Well if you aren't a sportsman, of course you don't need either of these.

And I think supplements are a great extra. It's sooo hard to get everything you need in just eating food, especially if you are generally really busy.
I myself use protein (whey and casein), try to eat tuna and meat often, creatine ( not pure, I use two really good blends. one for pre-workout and one after )
And ya invi bcaa's are good. Although for me, they are not needed because there are enough in the supps i take

btw vin you should work out if you have that knee injury! (if you don't already) you can train your complete upper body and it would benefit you in basketball

Ya, I'm gonna ask my doctor what I can do next week and then I'll probably start. It's just really hard to find out what I can do because my knee also hurts while doing push-ups etc, not sure why as it doesn't really put any weight on my knee.

like pretty much every chest and shoulder exercise and your arms too soo

Now that's the way to do some good natural exercise, not like some people using steroids and shit. That seems extremely hard and painful, but by the way that guy look it's worth it. I can't imagine myself doing this seriously o.o. My brother probably can though, he hasn't done exercise in a while and is gaining some pounds, this should get him motivated XD
BTW that's a REALLY random song for that video, I mean I know what it says and I've listened to it before, as a matter of fact it's a pretty well known song between hispanic teens, but it's just weird to see it in a video like that, I think the one who made it just liked how it sounded and decided to put it in XD
