Server Situation Update

What is going on:



Ever since the ISP move our servers have been unstable.

It seems the network connection on some of the servers times out sometimes. This means the server cannot talk to the database anymore and this results in a crash. This is on our internal network so it should not have been affected by the ISP move.



What we are doing about it:



Our technical team along with the developers have been working night and day going through every possible cause they can think of. They have ruled out a hardware failure on the servers so we will not switch to our backup servers that we keep in case of a hardware failure.



I do not know every single thing they have tried and ruled out so I cannot pass this information on to you.



What will happen after the technical issues are resolved:



We will run a significant event after the issues are resolved.

We do not know the full contents of this event yet. If you have suggestions, then please pass them along.



I know many of you love Rappelz and are frustrated about the situation. I am very sorry about what is going on. I am also frustrated and ashamed of the situation. I expect to offer a more stable service to you, our valued players.

It's always worked for me.

Bahamut last server standing. They announced they're not refreshing the servers upon crash until they are all fixed.

GM tanda, i think that's the name said that their engineerings and devs hadnt gone home last night nor slept trying to fix this issue, he didnt go home as well
