I don't know if any of you watched this before. Ive have and i really enjoy the randomness of the show, anyway the Sora no Otoshimono's 3rd anime season has been green lit.

New DBZ Special set for this year.

Bardock, Goku's father who was suppose to die when Freeza's attack hit him along with the Planet Vegeta, he was sent way back in time, where the planet was inhabited by a strange creatures. There, after a while he met Freeza's ancestor, a space pirate named Chilled and fought him to protect the planet.






In the Jump Anime Tour (version 2008) we received Dragon Ball: Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!, the first thing DB related in more than 13 years. And it was pretty good, since, only three years later in the Jump Festa 2012, we recived Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock, a 20-minute special that adapts the manga of the same name.

The story show us that Bardock, Goku's father (and Raditz too, but nobody cares about him, thx to team four stars ), survives that ginormous attack launched by Freiza, that killed all his companions and destroyed planet Vegeta. If he didn't die... what happened to him? In a wierd turn of events, he time travel to the past. Yes people: he traveled through time, but not space. On a planet Vegeta (Plant in this time line) rather primitive, Bardock meets some purple aliens (that doesn't look like the saiyans or the tsufuru at all), and is cared by Ipana (village doctor) and his son, Berry.

Soon after, two soldiers arrive, announcing that Plant now belongs to Chilled, universe emperor (and ancestor of Freezer, by the way). Bardock obviously kick their sorry mook asses, not because they're threatening the planet or the habitants, but just for the joy of crushing something similar to his original enemies. Receiving no response from his followers, Chilled decides to go to the planet himself, and Bardock will finally have the chance of revenge he desires so much...
So, story is not like "holy shit, what a great story!", but is in DB lines of quality.

I saw the manga one shot of this, and the episode is out already, I saw it not long ago.

This year's 10th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that Tite Kubo's Bleach manga is entering its final story arc. Kubo has been drawing the manga in the magazine since 2001, and Shueisha published the 53rd compiled book volume of the manga in December.

Thanks to its "Shonen Jump Digital Warp" program, Viz Media just released the 53rd volume in electronic book form in North America last month. The Digital Warp program prepared the way for this week's launch of Viz's English-language digital anthology Shonen Jump Alpha, which is running chapters of Bleach and five other titles two weeks after their print debut in Japan's Weekly Shonen Jump. Viz will release the print version of the 38th volume next week.

Well all anime's must come to an end at some point or they just get boring, still for the anime to catch up to the anime would take some time. Anyways I wonder if he's going to make a different manga after Bleach.

Yeah sucks. I don't watch the anime, but i do read the manga.

That's what I did with Naruto, but it was because of the fillers, but I like the actual Bleach anime, I plan to read the manga too though, I hate waiting 1 week for a new episode.

There are anime's that you don't want to let it end... Bleach used to be one of them for me, but after some shitty fillers I just lost my interest in it, even tho the latest arc is quite interesting.

i don't let the shitty fillers take me down, I just skipped the whole clone thing arc, I watched all the other fillers, some sucked some were nice. But the action in the anime is way better, cuz of all the motion and the fights are much better, so I prefer the anime,

I never read manga's and don't even try to make me try

I just didn't know about what are fillers lol... I just watched and wondered why they show another story when with the Captain Aizen wasn't finished yet... If I knew those were fillers, I wouldn't have watched, but sadly..

I read the manga when I get too desperate to know more, right now I'm at the verge of starting the Fairy Tail manga and the Bleach manga, so that's why I start new animes to keep me from doing that XD
