Re: Anime Thread #7
Hey so guys I had been absent for a while due to not having internet. Fucking Comcast had raised the bill from $45 to $91 and fuck that shit. Unfortunately they're the only decent service in my area(FUCKING MONOPOLY.FUCK THIS GOVERNMENT.FUCK COMCAST AND TIME WARNER. AND FUCK THE FCC), so I called them back a couple days ago to see if I could get a better deal and I did. The price will go up in the future but all I gotta do is call them and bitch again and they'll lower that shit.
Anyway...
HOLY FUCKING BALLS OF BABY JESUS SON OF MARY AND GOD AND JOSEPH. HUNTER X HUNTER JUST WENT FUCKING HAM UP IN THIS BITCH GODDAMN!

- Spoiler:
- In all seriousness now, hands down best HxH episode EVER, Gon was a damn beast, I had goosebumps the entire time after he went Super Sayan mode, holy molly that was incredible. To think that his power reached that of the king's, Gon is truly amazing, and that sexy body, omg, so sexy, no homo. Seriously though HxH has had great animation since the beginning, probably my favorite of all anime, but they outdid themselves in this episode, it was truly magnificent. Now I'm a bit bummed out though, Gon just reached the pinnacle of his strength, we got a glimpse of it, and then he's gonna lose it all. They pretty much pulled a Bleach on this one, and I don't like that... Because now he may recover his powers and whatnot, but we'll never see awesome Super Sayan Gon again, for a while, if at all. And the manga is in a horrible state, always on hiatus or just slow as shit to come out, I hope the author picks up the pace, I don't want to lose HxH.

I wish, I just bitch and be rude, not the nicest way to go about things but it's the only way to deal with them, and the way they deserve to be treated, most of the time customer service is more rude to me than I am to them.

Damn I almost cried at the end of episode 147 of Hunter x Hunter when they played that song... lol
Makes me sad it's gonna be over for a long while.

@kisser
The creator went back on hiatus after 10 weeks of new manga, previously he had been on hiatus for 2 years. Seems like we might never get an ending for HxH. Heck even one piece will probably end before HxH.

So he comes back, does 10 weeks worth of manga and goes on hiatus again.. Wtf. Either come back and finish it or just don't come back at all. Giving the fans false hope.

Yeah dude. If I were him I would either choose to drop the whole thing all together or be a man and finish it. I heard that he uses the excuse of his back hurting every time he wishes to go into hiatus. Some people even say that he doesn't want to finish it because hes busy playing video games.

Dafuq his back hurting he's fucking drawing for god's sake he's not doing construction work. Honestly, I wouldn't be mad if he just gave major plot points and the ending and let someone else finish it, better than all the hiatuses.

So I started watching Tokyo Ghoul and I loved the opening song and it sounded too familiar so I did some digging and found it it's made by the same band that did Abnormalize for Psycho-Pass, which is my favorite OP. Fucking dope.

^nice.
About the HxH author, his back hurts... what a wuss. Like Kisser says, his job is to draw, no construction work. And busy playing video games.. LOL. I wonder if he made so much money with HxH and Yu Yu Hakusho that he doesn't need to work anymore. Yu Yu Hakusho aired in the 90s so this guy should be in his 40s. What a child.

I see. They weren't anything special, but not bad to me. I am glad i finished it though, the ending was horrible lol. I was ready to give it a 7 but dropped to a 6 because of it. Started watching Eyeshield 21 and going to watch GTO at a faster pace now.

But I did drop Brynhildr no Gokukoku, it wasn't for me. I kept watching Baby Steps, which is actually pretty decent, could be better, but it's enjoyable. Haikyuu!! is the one I like the most though, all episodes are pretty damn solid.
Can you explain why you didn't like Gokukoku? I will finish it in 20 minutes and other than some stupid points i am annoyed by, it's kinda decent.
Haikyuu is more explosive than Baby Steps, i figured you'd like that one more. For me it's a very tough decission between those 2.
I don't know it just got to the point where I wasn't enjoying it at all and was watching it just to keep at it. I can tell you right now though, I didn't like the characters much, they were boring to me.

Yeah dude. He's probably rich and doesn't care if he makes manga or not. Also he is married to the woman that created Sailor Moon.

I read that too. I'm not gonna read the manga, but i hope it's better. They build up to a good ending with
- Spoiler:
- the girls dying and Kuroneko remembering him and then she forgets again and everyone survives. Well i heard it's atleast explained better in the manga. Pink haired girl was just back out of nowhere. By reading on MAL i know how she survived, but even that makes no sense.

Lmao, that too.. Yeah then they are both rich. You'd think making manga is a passion. Atleast that's how i think when i look at Bakuman. Guess not everyone is so dedicated.

Re: Anime Thread #7
Amazing as? I found a few anime that I am enjoying A LOT and there are a few with high potential (still only 4-6 eps into the season) to become season's best.
For you I'd say Psycho-Pass S2 and Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu is a must watch.
Other than that I am enjoying Log Horizon S2, Amagi Brilliant Park (don't think you watch this kind of anime), Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso (reminds me of Kids on The Slope and Nodame Cantabile), Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji (definitely not for you).

Yeah I started Psycho Pass but only saw the first episode and I'm gonna watch a bunch in one go since I enjoy it more like that. I'll look into the others as well when I have the time I've been too busy lately.
