Didn't he use it against the pacifista. Plus have in mind Luffy trained in all types of haki, I bet Coby only uses observation and that attack haki.

Im not too smart with haki yet since its something that Luffy learned in the timeskip, but wasnt the 1 vs 100.000 also haki?

Let me clarify what I said. I should have said, that's how haki should look like. I mean luffy can go Vulcan other than that luffys haki is not impressive. Conquerors haki on that other hand is bad ass.

I don't think you're in a position to say that yet. Have in mind he's been learning how to use it since only two years ago, but the thing is, and this might be only my opinion, he hasn't really used it yet to it's full power. Sure he fought Hody, but imo he didn't try as much, and in the current manga either, really, nobody has proved to be a challenging opponent yet. I do think that when he one punched the Pacifista he used it though, the impact was too big for just a normal gomu gomu no punch. Plus also, Coby punched a type of concrete or wood structure, you should have by now, in terms of One Piece, the above average pirate's body is way tougher than something like that. If Coby had been fighting a Pacifista per say, it wouldn't have the same effect. Okay I wrote too much there but whatever.
Point is you can't say Luffy's haki isn't impressive just yet.
