Well now that you ask. Basically is the same thing that happened to elf man. She dint not actually lose her powers, is more like they went dormant after all the stress she suffer, she kind of lost the will to fight. But she still has her powers, she just needs to turn into her monster soul to use them.

Anyone watch Deadman Wonderland saturday? I'm sad it's only going to be 12 episodes. Also anyone watch Ao No Exorcist?

You mean the manga chapter 28? The anime would at least take 10 episodes to get to the part where Mirajane and elf man are the church.

Where they get to meet Lisanna again.

Well, they announced 12 episodes as the entire series. And the manga is short too. Still ongoing but it's gonna be another short anime. Given the plot it can't really move around too much.
