They make all sorts of cables to allow you to connect your computer to a TV and use it as a monitor. I'm using a VGA cable. But you can also use an HDMI or super video cable too. Shit is cool on a 30 inch HD plasma flat screen.

It came with the tv. But they're like $20-$30 not much at all.

Yes, it can. Only thing is like every 30 mins like a little static line comes across the screen. No biggie though, can't even see it most of the time.
