no, i do lag here but i always had NAT here (if some1 would tell me how to port forward i'd try it here lol)

Well it sounds like your provider is the problem, maybe you just need a signal boost.

i can try that but we are with the worst provider of the country so they probably wont care, my mom wants to go to a new 1 but shes scared things get fucked up (me and my bro told her it wont for like a million times but she doesnt listen)
