Depends,

What will you use the phone for?, Every phone is made for some things. Yet its your choice what kind of phone you want and what you want to use it for.

Windows 8 phones are awsome, we use it at my work and we never have problems for it, the design and OS are awsome. Mail exchange, cytrix surface work great can even control my pc with it.
