Gunz 2 on Steam

So I heard there's talks of trying to get Gunz 2 on steam. Other than the stuff I've heard on the Maiet Facebook page, does anyone else know any info on it?

It's in the ''greenlight'' part of steam, if the game gets enough votes it will be on steam. It's kinda new but I guess it makes it easier for the people at valve to decide which games to launch on steam.

doubt steam will launch gunz though

yeah.. it has been worldwide since gunz started (i guess). Doing this now would kill the game completely as many people who know people from other regions will not want to play anymore.

They can actually integrate something like what BO2 has (Lag compensation). But its all about making the game as cheap as possible and rip all the monies.

steam won't host it I believe, they will just let you download the game through steam (just like you can do with AVA)

Well its not like you will be buying the game in the first place. If you were to buy the game, I'm pretty sure steam would host it. 3rd party's most of the time have to host there own stuff, they only use steam to get more people to join their game.
