need some help

So I want to attach(not sure if the right word for this) subtitles to a video, .srt to video files but I don't know how to. Is there a program or something I can use for this?

Why don't you Google how to add subtitles to videos?

Because I'd trust you guys more. Like what if I go and there's some random program and it ends up being crappy. I already did, there's this one program I found but I'm hesitant.

Idk how it works on the things you wanne do, but mostly when u need subs for a video/movie u name the subs the same as the movie, than click it in the video/movie and poef subs o_O..

Look for what subbers use to add titles to their subs. Maybe that's the program you are looking for. I really have no clue what the name is for such a program but if you google it you should be able to find it pretty quickly.

I found this which I need and also adds subtitles, I'll try it out. Seems pretty legit.

If you use Media Player Classic there's an option under ''File'' called ''load subtitles''
I think it's compatible with srt too
