Help with paypal?

Can you do transactions without a bank account or credit card verification?

Yeah because of fraud. So yeah you need to verify, I'm pretty sure is been like that ever they created paypal, or that would be stupid if they dint.

They didn't verify when I started using my debit card with it. But they did when I linked my bank account.

so how would i know that mine can do transactions?

it seems that my paypal has a *limit* of money which i can send/receive , but it doesnt say that im not allowed to do any transactions

Your limit is probably 0$. If this is true then i think you must add a cc or bank account.

On a paypal account with a 0$ limit all i could do was issue refunds and nothing else.
