Help me plz

As you can see in the screenshot below I have this random white bar in the top-left corner of my screen. It appears randomly and it's really annoying (I can see it everywhere, even when watching something from youtube in full-screen) I can only NOT see it when I play games

please help me because it's starting to piss me off xd

Is it only when the browser is open? or the desktop as well? You prob have a huge dead pixel, you can try finding this out if you have another monitor and switching to it. Test your monitor in here. http://www.gdargaud.net/Hack/DeadPixels.html or http://jasonfarrell.com/misc/deadpixeltest.php

Also on the desktop, and it disappears when I move my mouse on it

Don't you mean multiple dead pixels? A single pixel isn't huge like that lol. And it would be pretty convenient for so many pixels to die in such a precise area.

You know i knew you would say something like that lol. I'm have to pay more attention from now on, you always end up finding out something wrong with what i say. About the many pixel part, it could happen, Ive seen it happen before. Al tho the person actually said he hit the monitor when that appear, seems like he raged.

oh and I stopped using firefox because it kept crashing !

idk if it helps, i had once something similar, some weird bars kept showing up, i had to close them in task manager, but it didnt look as weird as yours

Vin, the thing with dead or stuck pixels is that, dead pixels can always be brought back to life, in certain conditions, same thing with stuck pixels. Gaming could actually bring it back, because there is a lot of different colors passing by the transactors. This could temporary make the pixels turn back on, but show blank when you have a steady background. Its kind of complicated to explain.

As for why when you move the mouse, i told you that perhaps you could have something in the background running that could be doing that. I would if i were you, to look into the running programs that might be doing that. I hope you find the solution, is kind of hard to tell what might be causing the problem, with just a screen shot you provided. Good luck.

If you can provide me a screen shot of the task you got running in the background i could perhaps help sort the cause of the problem.

these are not dead pixels its something else

Basically it could be anything, the question is what is it?
