Blame luck, but reality is if you can't score from so many chances you don't deserve to win. Chelsea had like 5 attacks in 2 games and it was enough. Now that's efficiency. Very Happy

When Villas-Boas left Chelsea were about to be knocked out of the CL by Napoli (3-1 down), Di Matteo turned that around.

Di Matteo won them the FA Cup, Villas Boas wouldnt have won it.

Di Matteo beated Barcelona and Bayern while those are both 200 times stronger then Chelsea. Di Matteo made them fight for it again. Hes defenitely 1 of the best coaches of the season.

it's not because of him that they won that match
maybe for a bit, but i think it's not fair to give all the credit to him
i agree that he did great and changed chelsea, and i hope for them that he stays

I disagree. Napoli thought they were already in the next round, because they were a lot better than CFC, so they weren't prepared for such good football that CFC had shown. CFC didn't have what to do, so they attacked and Napoli panicked.

A coach can't change his team drastically in few days.
