As indicated by the Rappelz facebook page. Redeem the following code at the Rappelz Item Shop to receive a stack of 20 Small Snowballs: RTRW-YKYL-YZ00-0001

Small Snowballs reduce a target's movement speed by 20% for a short duration. They expire on 12/31, so redeem today! Not too cool but its something and it's free.

Cool thing about these snowballs is you can use them to dip on a pker. They decrease movement speed by 20%, they refresh usage after 3 seconds and they can stack effects on the enemy. Droppin a pker to -60% movement speed in 9 seconds and hauling ass ftw.
