I have talked with him and like others in this clan that just joined and did not read the rules and got caught or asking a hacker to play, I am not kicking him, he has been in the clan for a few days now and had not read the rules, I sent him the link to the rules so he could read them and he has now. Other did not get hassled this bad when they joined and broke clan rules, and like others he will get a 2nd chance. Now what ever sporadic dos here is his businesses because these are his forums, but I think it is wrong to limit his forum access because of this, he admitted to this and that is more then some members to when they break clan rules, this is why some members leave because they are harnessed by other members and then by members that don't even play that much on gunz, I feel he deserves a 2nd chance and that is what he is going to get. Now before anyone throws any more stones just remember what you have done in the past. He is a good player and an active player and I am NOT going to let this ruin his chance in our clan, even if he can not use the forums he will be a member of this community.

This is why I locked this thread the 1st time because I knew this would happen.
