i would like to try it but i'm still growing and shit. and i sleep a lot cause of it.
my sis even started calling me a vampire cause i sometimes sleep the whole day cause my time keeps changing. like if u start at 0.00 then i would sleep at about 3:00 next time. and alarm-clocks don't work for me, i just keep falling asleep after i turn them off.

The point would be to get your body used to kicking into REM sleep about 10 minutes after going to bed. Then after the end of the training weeks you can sleep 2 or 3 hours a day instead of 6-10 hours a day because you kick into REM sleep so fast, excluding all the other useless phases of sleep.

Also, if you're not 18 please don't try this. Your bodies are still growing under 18 and this type of sleep is not good for you if you're under 18.
