Forum Infractions

Since they're no actual plug-in for an infraction system on this forum I'll be managing it myself through user reports. If someone is posting something that breaks one of our forum rules, please hit the report button next to their post. In this thread I'll organize the infractions and when they will expire. Now remember, if someone reports your post it doesn't mean you get an automatic infraction. The questionable post will be reviewed and an action will be determined by the moderators. I'm done with the drama on this forum.

Infractions will be based off reports for violation any of the follow forum rules located here: http://www.nolimitclan.org/rules.html

Anyone who has had a temp ban in the past 2 months will automatically be given 1 infraction point.

Each infraction point from 1-4 will lasts 1 month. After 4 each point in total will take 2 months to expire.

First time offenders will generally receive a warning
At 3 Points you will recieve a 1 week ban
At 4 1 month ban
At 5 you will be banned for 2 months
And at 6 you will be banned for 1 year.


The following will be a list of people with infraction points and other relevant information. If I forgot someone who has had a temporary ban in the past 2 months, please let me know.

V1ncent - 1 Point ( Expires 09/02/2010 @ 3:45 PM PST )
Investment - 1 Point ( Expires 09/02/2010 @ 3:45 PM PST )
Hercules - 1 Point ( Expires 09/03/2010 @ 2:07 PM PST )
Flipper - 4 Points ( 1 Month Ban Expires 09/04/2010 @ 12:00PM PST. Infractions expire 12/04/2010 @ 12:03PM PST )

It was already stated that just because someone reports another dos not mean they will get an infraction, this was already stated in this thread.

And if he keep ownen as you say he will be doing it on another forum, and I am talking about v1ncent not ryan.

one suggestion can u make report mods? i mean so that people 2-3 people are incharge or approving infractions and looking over reports unless spory wants to do it himself

Reports are made just like ijji makes them, this is so there is no favoritism among the mods, and sporadic will look at infractions himself since they are his forums, thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestion. But Jason and I will likely look over all of them. And Redemption too if its that serious.

@ Wizzo. Yup, they're the only two I can think of that's been temp-banned in the last two months. If you can think of any more I'll gladly add them to the list.
