no connection at all

i can't connect to the www.ijji.com site or connect to reactor
i've tried mozilla firefox and internet explorer to connect to the gunz website
mozzila firefox says the connection got reinitialized

reactor just gives me the reactor emblem and i have to close it by opening taskmanager.
when i close reactor it says it couldn't download a xml-file. maybe that's the problem

i also tried connecting on my notebook on both gunz website as reactor but no diffrence.

i done everything firefox said to do but no change, i also tried stopping all firewalls.
any1 help? i can't ask ijji since i can't even get on their website -.-'
