Cant gift Empty Cant gift

I wanna gift myself from forum account to normal account cuz i added gcoins on the wrong account but i get this error

An error has occurred.

You do not meet the requirements to use the gift function.


I''ve had this each time i tried to gift myself but im sick of it, any1 knows how to fix it?

you need to be level 25+ something like that. to be able to gift.
