You can take the American english and speak it in Australia and the other person will understand you. It's like me saying I can speak Canadian and American?

Better than saying, "I have to use the loo." And actually, a lot of Americans say, "I have to use the restroom." It's all English. Nobody here says I'm speaking American in America. It's just different slang. And England has some pretty weird slang. You guys are all like, "effing and jeffing."
