Well about the handy part. It might be for some but not for me.

Any ideas how to fix it?

i have unchecked log me in every visit, but it wont change a thing.

Using firefox? Go to tools, option, security, Uncheck remember passwords for sites or add exceptions.

Or just clear browsing history when you log back into the forum dont have it remember your password.
