He works at a personal studio (rent an apartment for work) or at home. Hes a mangaka he doesn't have a business building like the anime studios do.

Just think of it like Bakuman. They get their own place to do their work and some of them even work at home.

Well i have only seen 3 eps of Bakuman so i only know the MC's uncle's work place. But still it would be very interesting to see all those drawings of Oda.
