myanimelist ranking

After totaling up a few of our lists yesterday I thought it would be cool to go through everyones list and see how much of our lives we've wasted on anime and rank them. I'll recalculate this list every 3 months or so so we can keep an over all record of how we're doing.

I'm only adding based off what I see. So if you haven't filled in some of them then I can recalculate. Or if you haven't finished your list yet, like some noobs, then try to finish within a week and I'll recalculate. Otherwise I'm doing this once every 2 or 3 months. Also if I missed you on accident, don't feel bad. Just post your animelist url and I'll put yours up here too.

These ranks are based off the following equation: 'Watching + completed + on hold + dropped' to get max epiosdes watched. Then I'll add time spent watching, since people like Ovyda have seen movies, specials and ova.

Also, Ovyda, your list is still adding your "watching" incorrectly. I checked 5 times with a calculator and am getting 1090. Not 1637. I'll also have to adjust the Time Spent Watching for that as well. Seeing as Rev has 2 more episodes watched than you in "Watching" and you both are watching nothing but TV series, I adjusted your days spent to match his. After seeing the list do an error like that I've been adding everyones with a calculator.



Sporadic: 645 + 3476 + 99 + 384 = 4604 Episodes Watched. Days: 70.98

Ovyda: 1090 + 3051 + 129 + 41 = 4311 Episodes Watched. Days: 72.88

Rev 1092 + 2570 + 22 + 30 = 3714 Episodes Watched. Days: 63.3

MvRaM: 940 + 1647 + 85 + 0 = 2672 Episodes Watched. Days: ? ( I guessed on two of the on hold ones since none of them are filled in. And I assume that you're caught up on Bakuman and Beelzebub. Finish your list sometimes soon so i can credit you for your On Hold list)

Vincent: 150 + 1488 + 22 + 5 = 1665 Episodes Watched. Days: 27.26

Kisser: 582 + 743 + 0 + 229 = 1554 Episodes Watched. Days: 25.72

Bato: 357 + 1014 + 116 + 5 = 1492 Episodes Watched. Days: 24.51

Suri: 657 + 268 + 0 + 109 = 1034 Episodes Watched. Days: 17.57

Neither do I know why they show 1637, while it's really 1090(checked myself).

I don't want to update my list dude, I already told you to many shows to look for, and plus I have a year new anime I watched since then that I need to add as well. Maybe ill do it some time. Update mine every 6 months.

Sitting in front of a computer is really hard for some people though.

That's not the type of list I have, I have a list of the anime I'm currently watching. If it was that easy I would have done it a long time ago.

I always have MAL in a tab while watching anime.

I watch anime on my phone. I do it before I go to sleep. Cuz I got flash player on my phone its really convenient.

It would have been easier if i had done it like you say. I'm try to update the list during the weekend.

Nice idea, I'll keep mine update

Mine's fully updated with the stuff I watched before I made my list now (mostly added pokémon etc)
and damn my plan-to-watch list is quite huge atm

Updated mine too with all the anime's that I have seen on my tv when I was a kid.

Update mine too. I've added a few pokemon movies/series i watched as a kid.
