The guys in the room in the chairs you see have remote controls that control the shockers on the players legs. Evrytime some1 gets the ball they shock them. Look at the guy doing the throw in he gets shocked evrytime he wants to throw XD

And the referee also has a shocker and gets shocked when he blows his whistle xD
