LoL he was hacking, but for my clan, not No Limit, so he wasn't giving us any bad reputation. And one thing, to me it seems like he was defending himself from the other hacker, not using them.

I have said this before, if he is not hacking in my clan there is nothing I will do. Just like I can do nothing when members associate with known enemies of this clan. This is not even a recent vid you told me yourself. No action will be taken unless he is hacking in this or 1 of our other clans.
