PC HELP NEEDED (virus)

ok so i've got this random virus that keeps giving me messages like: WINDOWS SECURITY ALERT do you want to active your antivirus software now, but the problem si that's the fking virus ( a fake antivirus program) it doesn't let me open up AVG and i can't do a scan @ HouseCall either, what now? XD

I had that few times and i got some1 to re-install windows on my comp o.o

hey dude try this. restart your computer and login in safe mode. now all you have to do is uninstall the program, now restart and start avg and run a scan. hope it helps.

download and run malwarebytes

uh ty for trying to help but I brought it to the store already, I tried downloading that sht you guys told me but it didn't let me download anything xD the virus shut the internet off as soon as i started downloading something, safe mode didnt work either

Get Avast when you're able to download and run a boot time virus scan. If possible get on another computer and save the install for avast on a flash drive or a cd. The just install it on your fucked computer.

Shouldn't have AVG in the first place, great example of how it fails.

yeah it fails l0l, but at the moment I installed it it was either AVG or nothing so yeah XD
but owell, got my pc back already l0l, installing windows now (im @ the laptop nao)

i saw this virus on the tv. You downloadded the fake antivirus and it cant be restored xd.
