Borderlands help please Empty Borderlands help please

So I just DL'd borderlands + the 3 DLCs, whenever I launch the crack it gives me a runtime error called R6025. I searched on google but they only give me fixes for copies bought from Steam, mine's downloaded so that won't work for me, help plz
